Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Emapta Latam. As a key member of our client success team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Collaborate with customer success managers to meet client needs, including managing content-related requests.
- Content Coordination: Assist in developing and managing client-facing content, such as reports and training materials.
- Meeting Management: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, identify action items, and follow up on next steps.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and analyze reports to track client progress, developing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Project Coordination: Organize and coordinate client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication throughout the client lifecycle.
- Tool Utilization: Manage tasks using Google Drive, Gmail, Asana, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging materials, such as marketing communications and product releases.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in content creation and management, including reports and training materials.
- Proficiency in analytics and data analysis, with the ability to produce actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Google Drive, Gmail, Asana, or similar tools.
- 5-day workweek with weekends off.
