Job Overview:
The Client Relations Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer support and facilitating smooth project coordination. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, following up with leads, scheduling estimates, and managing job coordination with sales reps and subcontractors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Support: Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and leads, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and follow-up with leads to book estimates for sales reps.
- Job Coordination: Coordinate job scheduling with clients, sales reps, and subcontractors, placing material orders and verifying job details with clients and subcontractors.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update the CRM and job schedules, tag data appropriately, and handle general administrative tasks, including bill payments and data management.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Call Handling Experience: Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as job scheduling and coordination.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic administrative tasks.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Home Services Experience: Experience working in a home services company.
- Housecall Pro Familiarity: Familiarity with Housecall Pro software.
