We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus additional remuneration on a commission basis for exceeding sales targets consistently.

Job Description

Sales Strategy Execution: Allocate time effectively across our various brands to achieve balanced sales efforts.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email campaigns, to identify and engage potential clients in the interior design, textile, and fit-out contractor sectors.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with designers, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client experiences and repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and maintain a strong understanding of the interior design and construction industries.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and deliver consistent messaging across all channels.

Post-Sales Engagement: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements: Proven success in B2B sales, with particular experience in the construction, interior design, or architecture industries. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
