**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and scheduling appointments for our home exterior sales specialists. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a seamless and professional scheduling experience while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls professionally, schedule appointments using scripts and processes, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and text.
- CRM Management: Maintain organization and accuracy of customer information in the CRM system.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the management team.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads from various sources to maximize appointment conversions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on appointments and customer needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.

- Efficient and professional scheduling of customer appointments, leading to increased sales opportunities.
