BruntWork is a dynamic national facility services company with over 20 years of experience managing building portfolios across diverse sectors.

We are seeking a High-Volume Appointment Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This role demands strong communication skills, high-volume outreach, and the ability to pre-qualify leads.

You will work directly with our CEO, providing valuable insights and contributing to the company's nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls to potential clients
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Manage leads and track appointments using Salesforce CRM
  • Assess client needs and provide initial service information
  • Pre-qualify leads based on company criteria
  • Collaborate with sales team for smooth appointment handovers
  • Report call metrics and appointment status directly to the CEO

This is a remote position offering excellent compensation and benefits.

Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume calling environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Resilience and capacity to handle rejection
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and backup power solutions
  • Availability to work 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000.
