We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with local business owners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Master the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Podium's solutions
  • Align Podium's solutions with the business objectives and needs of local business owners
  • Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide expert guidance to prospects and customers
  • Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily to drive new business opportunities
  • Acquire key prospect data from initial conversations, online research, and other sources, and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos scheduled, and deals closed
Requirements
  • Geographically located in Colombia
  • Fluent in English
  • 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Two years of B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
  • Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business
