About the Role
As an Associate in our Client Service Team, you'll act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts. Your role will involve partnering with clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identifying experts with relevant experience and knowledge to address them.
You'll need to think critically and fast, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify the best experts to connect with our clients. You'll spend a significant amount of time reaching out to potential experts via phone and email to assess their suitability and relevance to address client needs.
About the Client Service Team
The Client Service Team is the revenue epicenter of our business. A career in this team offers an opportunity to build an accelerated career, unlock competitive performance compensation, and develop key core skills in sales, professional communications, client relationship management, project management, account management, and people management.
We're looking for individuals with 0-3 years of work experience, academic achievement in any undergraduate field, fluency in English, and a strong interest in the business world. If you're passionate about delivering value and have a client service mentality, we'd love to hear from you.
