About the Role
Dcode Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Government Program Associate to join our Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our fast-growing government business by driving innovation into the federal market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support federal client engagements across the US government, fostering relationships with government leaders and helping them develop an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of trainings, workshops, and client advisory work in areas such as drafting reports, creating presentations, developing training materials, researching federal legislation, and identifying emerging technology solutions.
- Work with Dcode's program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule.
- Coordinate with Dcode's delivery team and sales team on upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Represent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government and industry.
- Help grow Dcode's network of government innovators by building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in a government or DoD-related field.
- Prior experience delivering client-facing client work and developing effective communications collateral.
- Strong interest and exposure to government finance and budgeting, processes re-engineering, organizational design, policy, government culture-change, data analytics/visualization, and/or communications materials.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun.
