Senior Legal Associate

Purpose

The Senior Legal Associate will work closely with the Chief Regional Counsel to manage complex tasks and contracts within the Legal Department. This role requires proficiency in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on reviewing agreements, drafting documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate complex tasks and contracts within the Legal Department.
  2. Provide expertise in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on reviewing agreements and drafting documents.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
  5. Monitor and report on the implementation of individual and departmental initiatives, strategies, and goals.
  6. Demonstrate a deep understanding of processes within the Legal Department and the assigned sector, and how they impact overall responsibility and working relations with stakeholders.
  7. Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
  8. Contribute to the development of operational day-to-day responsibilities within the assigned sector.
  9. Participate in team discussions to prepare sector strategy and initiatives.
  10. Exposure and contribution to global operations and cross-departmental projects and workflows.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of experience working with commercial law.
  2. Advanced English language skills are required for this role.
  3. Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
  4. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, but experience in similar industries as Infobip is a plus.
