About the Role

As an Associate in our Client Service Team, you'll act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts, partnering with clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identifying experts with relevant experience and knowledge.

You'll need to think critically and fast, conduct high-level research, and identify the best experts to address client needs. You'll spend time reaching out to potential experts via phone and email to assess their suitability and relevance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conducting high-level industry and company research
  • Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts
  • Critically screening experts for their suitability and relevance to address client needs
About the Client Service Team

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Academic achievement in any undergraduate field (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Participation in extracurricular activities with proven leadership records
  • Strong interest and passion for the business world

  • A client service mentality, committed to delivering true value
