Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our sales teams across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights: Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights and actionable intelligence to our stakeholders.
  2. Business Analysis and Reporting: Generate ad hoc and recurring business analysis, based on the needs of our stakeholders, and provide recommendations through data retrieval and analysis.
  3. Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Manage monthly forecast and other financial models, and provide recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
  4. Process Improvement and Optimization: Define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  2. Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc..
  3. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
  2. Experience presenting to senior leadership.
