About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the allied health industry.

Job Summary
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various clinical, performance, and tactical settings.
  • Demonstrate VALD's human-measurement technology systems to potential clients and provide education-based sales approaches.
  • Nurture existing distributor relationships and develop strategies to expand our market reach.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a clinical or allied health setting, such as a physiotherapist/physical therapist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Comfortable targeting new clients and willing to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
  • Confidence to persuasively demonstrate VALD systems and communicate product and industry knowledge to clients.
  • A self-starter who holds themselves accountable for reaching sales targets.
  • Prior experience using CRMs and the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
