Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our initiatives in India for Industrial & Embedded IoT. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving execution, and supporting go-to-market plans and India customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategy for IoT solutions, including market entry, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.
  • Translate customer feedback and market dynamics into potential changes to ensure a differentiated product roadmap.
  • Interact with partners and lead customers to ensure product success.
  • Work with technology product management and engineering leads to drive requirements into the technology roadmaps.
  • Work with customers and internal engineering teams on customer RFIs, RFQs, and system-level use case modelling & analysis.
  • Achieve Revenue targets by effectively selling IoT solution and services, managing sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on IoT technologies, industry standards, and best practices to provide expert advice and insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Business Development, Product Management, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IoT solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing deals.
  • Deep understanding of operational aspects like reliability and product test.
  • Good understanding of Indian IoT market landscapes and regulatory environment
  • Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative environment, including experience in discussing complex ideas with partners, customers, and executives
  • Willingness to travel as required.
