Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our sales teams across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights into sales performance and customer behavior.
  • Generate ad hoc and recurring business analysis to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement systems and tools to enhance CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Provide actionable intelligence and recommendations to drive business decisions and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
