Descripción del Puesto:
Tenemos una oportunidad excepcional para un/a Global Sales Executive que se unirá a nuestro equipo de ventas y marketing. En esta posición, será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas y marketing para aumentar las ventas y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
* Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas y marketing para alcanzar objetivos de ventas y mejora continua de la satisfacción del cliente
* Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar estrategias para aprovecharlas
* Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar la coherencia de nuestras iniciativas de ventas y marketing
* Recopilar y analizar datos para informar decisiones de negocio y medir el éxito de nuestras iniciativas
* Mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes y colegas para asegurarnos de que todos están al tanto de los avances y desafíos de nuestra empresa
Especificaciones del Empleado Ideal:
* Título académico de Licenciatura o equivalente, preferiblemente en administración de negocios, marketing o finanzas
* Al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas y marketing comercial o industrial
* Habilidad demostrada para alcanzar metas de ventas importantes y planear y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para clientes clave
* Excelentes habilidades para la relación humana, la comunicación y la negociación
* Disposición para viajar regularmente, incluyendo noches laborales
* Idioma inglés hablado y escrito fluido
Pagos:
La remuneración anual para este puesto se estima en $120,000 - $180,000, dependiendo de la experiencia y el desempeño. Además, podremos ofrecerte beneficios competitivos y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de nuestra organización
