Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Drive high-level strategy, fundraising, and establishment of large-scale employer partnerships.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Secure major national partnerships through effective fundraising strategies.
- Establish a strong network of employer partners to achieve job attainment fee-based revenue.
- Lead a talented team of local staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality tech training to Per Scholas adult-learners and alumni.
