Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Strategic Operations and Technical Director for Via SumaPaz. The key responsibilities in this position will be:

  • Leading the operations, routine maintenance, and tolling department teams.
  • Achieving financial and contractual objectives for the operation and routine maintenance of the project, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality in project planning and execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Driving process optimization initiatives and best practices to enhance project performance and profitability.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with stakeholders, including ANI and other entities involved in the project.
  • Championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and environmental sustainability across the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or direction within the road concession project or infrastructure sector, demonstrating expertise in project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on driving collaboration and innovation.
  • In-depth understanding of financial and business issues during operation phases.
  • In-depth knowledge of contractual aspects of agreements during operation phases.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset to overcome operational challenges.
