Job Description

HumanBest is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our team in the development and distribution of aesthetic medical devices. As a leader in the industry, HumanBest is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services to our clients. The Executive Director will play a crucial role in driving our company's success by overseeing all aspects of the business, from strategic planning to operational execution.

As Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to shape our organization's future and make a significant impact on the medical device industry. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategic plans, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aesthetic medical device market and a proven track record in leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
    • Oversee all operational activities and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products and services
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory agencies
    • Drive business development activities, including identifying new market opportunities and developing partnerships with key clients
  • Industry Insights and Compliance
    • Monitor industry trends and changes in the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, including financial performance and strategic updates
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the aesthetic medical device industry, with a proven track record in leadership and business development
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, driving performance and professional development
    • Strong financial acumen and the ability to establish and manage budgets
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
