**Job Description:** We're seeking an exceptional Director of Cybersecurity and Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our cybersecurity strategy to address business challenges and regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:


1. Developing and leading information systems security strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and the cyber threat landscape.


2. Managing resources, including leadership support, financial resources, and security personnel, to support information systems security goals and objectives and reduce overall organizational risk.


3. Defining and implementing policies and procedures in line with cybersecurity strategy and ensuring they are properly deployed across the organization.


4. Advising executive management and leadership teams on security issues and promoting security principles to ensure they are included in the organization's vision and goals.


5. Driving continuous improvements and contributing to the development of best practices.


6. Staying up-to-date with the fast-paced technical landscape and recommending and implementing new security technologies and principles where applicable.


7. Interfacing with external organizations, such as public affairs, law enforcement, and governmental authorities, to ensure appropriate and accurate dissemination of incident and other industry information.


8. Supporting the organization's official position in legal and legislative proceedings.


9. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and escalating alerts or incidents to the right level of management.


10. Supporting on security incidents in collaboration with local IT/engineering teams.


**What We Offer:** We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
