Job Description: As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners and other areas within the company to ensure quality standards and customer experience satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects in CX.
Responsibilities: Ensure services are delivered to clients, lead key projects in CX, demonstrate expertise in CX, and provide professional guidance to the team. Beginning to lead a team or projects, assisting and empowering others, making plans for sub-areas, and facilitating strategy execution.
Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in process improvement roles, fluent English and Spanish, deep experience with continuous improvement methodologies, supplier management, excellent oral and written communication skills, time and team management, analysis of results, decision-making, effective stakeholder management, resilient, dynamic environment, growth mindset, and continuous learning.
