About the Role
Sur is looking for a dedicated Inbound Sales Representative to enhance our team in the sports coaching industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through calls and follow-ups based on inquiries received.
- Employ the Sales Talk Track Guide to effectively listen, establish rapport, and foster a purchasing environment that aligns with client needs.
- Work collaboratively across departments to connect clients with the most suitable coach based on the insights gathered during the discovery phase.
- Handle client concerns or objections with professionalism and poise.
- Showcase innovative problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-initial lessons to collect feedback, promote package upgrades, and manage referrals.
- Work effectively in small teams while also being able to operate independently.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and openness to coaching.
- Maintain a competitive spirit paired with a positive, curious, and kind attitude.
- Actively work to prevent customer churn and attrition.
- Deliver comprehensive customer care to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships to improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Strong grasp of customer retention and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-driven with the capacity to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary Range: USD
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Payment Schedule: Monthly
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day, with two consecutive days off.
