Job Summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Startup Account Manager to drive the growth of high-potential early, mid, and late stage startups in Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and user adoption, migrations, and ensuring new startups select AWS as their primary cloud provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan to ensure customer success with early, mid, and late stage startups.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical by accelerating customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets by creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Expect moderate travel to engage with customers and partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
- Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.
