Support Services Coordinator Job Description

VisionFund's mission is to end intergenerational poverty through financial products and services. Our work seeks to catalyze sustainable economic growth, enabling families to break the cycle of poverty and create secure futures for their children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and support services to the Strategy Department, ensuring services maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to deliver cost-effective service solutions in line with partnership standards.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team via the President's Office, handling confidential information and situations with tact and diplomacy.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience providing administrative and support services in a multicultural environment.
  • Relevant degree, ideally in Management, Social Sciences, or other.
  • High proficiency using MS Office, research skills, and ability to set up PC-based audio/visual systems.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management skills.
  • Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work with high-profile individuals externally and collaborate internally.
