Client Services Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the medical treatment process. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome calls from clients, provide ongoing support, and follow up on their medical treatment frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in case management.Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.Proficiency with calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.Fluency in English and Spanish.Initiative to oversee cases and assist with next steps.
