Job Summary:

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the medical treatment process. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome calls from clients, provide ongoing support, and follow up on their medical treatment frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome calls from clients and provide support.Follow up on medical treatment and request medical records and bills.Request PIP logs (Personal Injury Protection) as needed.Record information in our CMS.Review medical records and cases to determine if they are ready for demand.Prepare files for the demand stage.Take initiative to oversee cases and assist with next steps.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in case management.Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.Proficiency with calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.Fluency in English and Spanish.Initiative to oversee cases and assist with next steps.
