Position Objective:

  • To implement strategic plans and processes for product/brand management associated with a specific product or product line throughout its lifecycle, enhancing its appeal to target customers.
  • To execute Product/Brand Management plans for product packaging, sample development, and prototypes.
  • To collaborate with the team in monitoring product performance and directing necessary adjustments in product and/or marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product lifecycle, defining development strategies for brands.
  • Execute marketing activities for both retail and institutional channels.
  • Manage sponsorships and proprietary events.
  • Create content and training materials to enhance product knowledge among various stakeholders in synergy with the medical department.
  • Coordinate national training sessions.
  • Implement activities directed at retail and institutional channels.
  • Lead event and creative agencies.
  • Generate market reports including IIM, DDD, and PBS.
  • Monitor supplier performance.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a professional with a background in administrative fields, engineering, marketing, or related disciplines. Proficiency in advanced Excel, DDD, Close up, Mipres, and PBS is essential.

A specialization in Marketing is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical market.

Desired Skills: Strong orientation towards achieving results, customer focus, numerical analysis, teamwork, problem-solving capabilities, resilience under pressure, strategic thinking, planning and organization, creativity and innovation, and interpersonal skills.
