We operate in around 90 countries, providing a diverse range of science-based products and services in the dermatology sector, including Injectable Aesthetics, Dermo-cosmetics, and Therapeutic Dermatology.

Role Objective:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for product/brand management throughout the product lifecycle to enhance appeal to target customers.
  • Oversee product packaging, sample development, and prototype creation.
  • Collaborate with teams to monitor product performance and guide necessary adjustments in product offerings and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lifecycle by defining brand development strategies.
  • Execute marketing activities for retail and institutional channels.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and proprietary events.
  • Create training materials and product knowledge resources for various stakeholders in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Facilitate national training sessions.
  • Lead activities targeted at retail and institutional channels.
  • Oversee event agencies and creative agencies.
  • Generate market reports and maintain supplier relationships.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a professional with a background in business administration, engineering, marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in advanced Excel, DDD, Close up, Mipres, and PBS is required. A specialization in Marketing and a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical market are essential.
