Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Product Marketing Analyst to join our founding Product Marketing team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of restaurants, leveraging insights from industry benchmarks and competitor analysis.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement among restaurant partners through targeted marketing campaigns, educational materials, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize features and enhancements that address the evolving needs of restaurant partners, drawing insights from market research and customer feedback.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies that showcase the value proposition of our platform to prospective restaurant partners.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of product launches, including messaging development, campaign planning, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights and feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, operations, and customer support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred, but not required.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B or SaaS space, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Fluent English.
  • Deep understanding of the restaurant industry landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
