We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading company in the global energy industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the screening, planning, analyzing, developing new business ventures, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments. Key responsibilities include evaluating transaction proposals, actively managing the execution of such projects, and being involved in valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and structuring of transactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in business development, including 5 years of experience in M&A transaction execution.
  • Strong M&A background, extensive experience in financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
