Billing Systems Specialist II

Position Overview:
CSG is seeking a skilled Billing Systems Analyst II to enhance our billing processes and ensure optimal financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and execute billing requirements that contribute to the financial cycle, ensuring quality assurance and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document billing specifications, acting as the primary liaison for billing inquiries and resolving issues throughout billing cycles.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all client and internal processes, taking overall responsibility for billing methodologies and analyses.
- Grasp configuration and release management protocols, along with end-to-end systems and interfaces.
- Evaluate solutions for customer needs and troubleshoot issues identified in automated processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in Customer Service within BPO environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing complex spreadsheets.
- Strong command of English in a professional setting.
