ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a CRM Solutions Implementation Expert to lead the deployment of our Pipeline Management Service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating our clients' current CRM frameworks, redesigning pipeline phases, establishing operational playbooks, and implementing automation, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and review clients' current CRM configurations.
  • Redesign and optimize pipeline phases to align with effective sales methodologies.
  • Develop and implement operational playbooks for enhanced CRM utilization.
  • Design and execute automation and workflows within CRM systems.
  • Facilitate reporting automation to provide insights efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continually enhance the Pipeline Management Service offering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience in CRM implementation, particularly with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
