As a Campaign Performance Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between our partner companies involved in the Pilot program, ensuring timely updates and thorough analysis of Pilot Scoring sheet data. Your daily responsibilities will include resolving and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operational processes. By working closely with our team, you will utilize your analytical expertise to influence strategic business decisions, ensuring that accurate data analysis informs our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect monthly revenue data from pilot companies and partners, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
  • Engage daily with pilot companies to confirm sales figures and accurately attribute sales to BairesDev.
  • Identify avenues for revenue enhancement and offer strategic recommendations to pilot companies.
  • Validate the accuracy of sales accounting statements from portfolio companies for the vesting process.
  • Oversee and refine data processes, including procurement, cleansing, and structuring, to meet analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and manage data visualizations and analytical solutions on platforms such as Tableau, adhering to established specifications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably with exposure to venture capital.
  • Practical knowledge of Tableau, including administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of direct experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
