Customer Relationship Management Specialist We seek a skilled and detail-oriented CRM and Online B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team focused on Industrial Real Estate Sales, Acquisitions, and leasing.
This role combines expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system setup, optimization, and management with a strong focus on driving online B2B marketing initiatives.
Send CV to ****** Responsibilities Configure, customize, and maintain CRM systems (highLevel) to enhance customer relationships and streamline communication.
Deep knowledge of HighLevel CRM is a must.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and automated workflows.
Segment and analyze customer data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer retention and engagement.
Manage data integrity by overseeing data imports, segmentation, deduplication, and regular audits.
Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels to drive lead generation and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the sales process.
Continuously analyze and improve the conversion rate at each sales funnel stage.
Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and efficient use.
Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.
Develop and implement workflows, automation rules, and dashboards to streamline lead tracking, customer interactions, and reporting.
