Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Management Advisor to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As an HR Data Management Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data records and position management changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process position and job data changes in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle events.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Respond to inquiries pertaining to position management and employee lifecycle events and answer escalated issues from different stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed as an HR Data Management Advisor, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business or pursuing an education in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests.
  • Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity.
  • Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

This role will require you to work in a standard office-based environment with non-standard hours being common. You will also have the opportunity to work in a global community and respond within SLA timeframe.
