**Job Title: HR and Payroll Assistant**

Our Agency, Remote VA PH, is currently looking for a detail-oriented and professional HR and Payroll Assistant to work with our existing client. As an HR and Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Payroll departments in their day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate HR and payroll records. You will be responsible for assisting in administrative tasks, facilitating communication within the departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of HR and payroll processes.

**Schedule**:Monday through Thursday, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Main Tasks**:Maintaining and verifying time-keeping records of employees and sending out daily communication and reports.
- Administrative Support:_
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for HR and Payroll personnel.
- Prepare and maintain HR and payroll-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Data Management:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll systems.
- Assist in organizing and filing HR and payroll documentation for easy retrieval.
- Timekeeping and Attendance:_
- Support the monitoring and tracking of employee attendance and time records.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:_
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientations, and training coordination.
- Support the offboarding process by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Employee Inquiries:_
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters, directing more complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor in all interactions.
- Communication and Coordination:_
- Facilitate communication between HR, Payroll, and other departments.
- Assist in organizing departmental events, meetings, and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track of work experience in Human Resources or payroll and Executive Assistance.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll processes and basic employment laws.
- Must be DETAIL-ORIENTED and PROFESSIONAL.
- Must have 2 computer monitors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Familiar with Paylocity (HR and payroll system) and Employee Navigator (willing to be trained).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Salary**: $2,000,000 - $2,500,000 per month
