**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Supports human resources function in all areas: onboarding, recruiting, payroll HRIS/compensation/benefits, and training.
- Perform general administration within the HR Services team for all defined processes, tools, programs, and processes, such as: Hired to Retire, Social Security, filing, document management, leaves and absences, benefits administration, etc.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of HR Services practices, processes, and systems and respective documentation.
- ** Payroll**:
- Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data
- Computing wages, deductions, commissions, benefits, etc
- Reviewing computed wages to ensure accuracy
- Issuing and distributing paychecks
- Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires
- Recording and maintaining employee records and payroll transactions
- Preparing statements reflecting earnings, taxes, and deductions
- Attend employee inquiries related to Payroll, Time & attendance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws
- Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
- ** Recruiting**:
- Administration of new hire offers
- Assist with recruitment interview process
- ** Benefits**:
- Preparation of audit reports
- File employee documents
- Coordination of new hire documents for enrollment
- ** Onboarding**:
- Verification of employment documents
- Follow up with employees on missing documents
- Coordination of background checks
- ** HRIS**:
- Data input of employment changes and assist with processing of terminations

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with multiple project responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, positive, and takes pride in work and being an integral part of a committed team.
- Microsoft Office Professional skills with intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
