**Acerca del rol**:
El Sales Executive será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar el canal mayorista en Medellín, promoviendo los productos de Essity y asegurando el crecimiento de las ventas. Su labor será clave para fortalecer las relaciones con los mayoristas, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y garantizar la implementación efectiva de las estrategias comerciales de la empresa.
**¿Qué harás? Responsabilidades**:
**Gestión de Clientes**:
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los mayoristas existentes.
- Identificar y captar nuevos mayoristas en la región.
- Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes para asegurar la satisfacción y fidelización.
**Desarrollo Comercial**:
- Implementar estrategias de ventas y promoción de productos de Essity en el canal mayorista.
- Analizar el desempeño de ventas y proponer acciones correctivas para alcanzar o superar los objetivos.
- Negociar condiciones comerciales y acuerdos con los mayoristas.
**Análisis de Mercado**:
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar tendencias y oportunidades en el canal mayorista.
- Monitorear la competencia y reportar hallazgos relevantes.
**Colaboración Interna**:
- Trabajar de cerca con los equipos de las áreas de soporte para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos y la ejecución de las estrategias.
- Contribuir al desarrollo de herramientas y materiales de venta.
**Reportes y Seguimiento**:
- Mantener un registro actualizado de las actividades y resultados de ventas.
- Preparar reportes periódicos sobre el desempeño del canal mayorista.
**¿Qué Buscamos? Requisitos**:
- **Educación**:Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o afines.
- **Experiência**:Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de productos de consumo masivo o mayoristas.
- **Conocimientos**:
- Conocimiento del mercado mayorista en Medellín y sus dinámicas.
- Habilidades en negociación y cierre de ventas.
- Familiaridad con técnicas de análisis de ventas y reporting.
- **Habilidades**:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
- Proactividad y habilidades para resolver problemas.
- **Otros**:
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región.
- Tener en su plan de desarrollo la opción de aprender inglés en el mediano plazo.
