At Executive Transportation , we specialize in high-end executive transportation, delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in B2C sales and customer service to drive revenue growth and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Engage with high-value leads , understand client needs, and close deals effectively.
  • Manage and follow up on leads through CRM or Excel tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth booking processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate professionally in English.
  • Strong lead management and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using Excel and CRM tools to track sales and customer interactions.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Prior experience in the private transportation or chauffeur-driven service industry is a plus .
