Recruitment Marketing Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage content for various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and our agency website
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that accurately portray the job requirements and company culture
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations and comprehensive analytic reports for improvement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and branded recruitment materials, such as ads, brochures, flyers, and videos
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as job boards and industry associations, to maximize the agency's exposure and reach
- Stay informed about the latest recruitment marketing technologies and tools, and recommend their implementation to enhance the agency's recruitment efforts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in a staffing agency or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment marketing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and online communities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful messaging
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, creative, and IT
