**Position Overview**:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Marketing Operations Leader, where your expertise will be pivotal in developing and executing innovative lead generation strategies. Your mission will be to design a robust marketing engine that relies on organic growth methods to procure high-value leads, setting the stage for successful sales engagements. In this role, your unique blend of analytical prowess and creative acumen will be key to driving our inbound and outbound marketing efforts to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and implement holistic lead generation strategies that not only elevate our brand but also significantly contribute to our revenue targets through various channels like webinars, blogs, etc.
- Proactively identify and source high-quality leads, with an eventual goal to assemble and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to enhance the efficiency of campaigns, improve lead nurturing processes, and track key performance indicators.
- Conduct thorough analyses of campaign outcomes and market trends, employing a data-driven approach to refine marketing investments and maximize return on investment.
- Generate and test compelling content that aligns with our audience's interests, employing A/B testing to refine strategies and messaging for optimal engagement.
- Manage our marketing database with an emphasis on data integrity, segmentation, and adherence to data protection laws.
- Foster a seamless collaboration with the sales team to synchronize on target accounts, lead quality, and efficient follow-up procedures, ensuring a smooth transition from marketing to sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation roles, with a solid track record in leading marketing operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inbound marketing strategies, lead generation tactics, and funnel optimization.
- Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of deciphering complex data to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Outstanding communication and copywriting skills, with a flair for creating persuasive content for a variety of audiences.
- Innovative mindset with a zeal for experimenting with new marketing ideas and pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
- A collaborative team player, committed to working in a cross-functional setting and contributing to the collective success of the team.

**Critical Competencies**:

- **Lead/Opportunity Ownership**: You should be able to articulate your previous experiences with lead or opportunity commitments, including how these targets were set and your role in achieving them. Your ability to discuss this fluently will be a testament to your ownership of marketing goals.
- **Strategic Agility**: Given a target, such as achieving $Xm in ARR by year-end, outline your approach for the initial 90 days. Your strategy should focus on actionable steps to boost leads and drive incremental growth, avoiding non-essential activities like extended brand reviews.
- **Marketing-Sales Synergy**: Demonstrate your understanding of how marketing and sales functions should interlock to achieve business objectives. Your experience in fostering a collaborative relationship between these two departments will be crucial.
