As the Lead Generation and Marketing Associate, you will drive the growth of Seabrook’s brand and portfolio in the Medical Device, Diagnostic and Biotech manufacturing space and contribute to business development efforts through the support and development of integrated lead generation and marketing campaigns.
This role will be instrumental in driving inbound leads and will be involved in the consistent and creative promotion of Seabrook products and services. As such, this position will need to research industry needs, trends, and best practices for reaching and connecting with potential clients - and confidently engage with potential clients utilizing Seabrook values of excellence, customer commitment, and integrity.
Additionally, this role will be asked to support, produce, and edit written and multimedia content to drive leads, promote products and services, and expand the Seabrook footprint in the Medical Device, Diagnostic and Biotech industry.
This role will support global activities but with a focus on the US, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the Nordics.
**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Research, identify and target potential customers for Seabrook’s offerings.
- Generate leads for Seabrook GxP Compliant eDHR Solution and the Seabrook Digital Manufacturing Cloud Solution.
- Confidently & efficiently engage with potential customers and share brand messaging.
- Qualify targets into leads by identifying needs for Seabrook offerings & communicating to potential customers
- Brand Awareness
- Aid in the coordination (including content, research, speakers, etc.) and execution of webinars to promote brand and products, and to generate leads
- Develop brand awareness through networking, on-line activity, and conference attendance as needed
- Website and Social Media
- Research, write, edit, and publish content-appropriate blog posts for Seabrook website
- Support the maintenance and management of the Seabrook website as needed
- With Sales & Marketing Team - execute strategy to increase inbound leads
- Support in the creation, curation, and management of social media efforts (currently LinkedIn and Twitter). Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
- Other Duties - as assigned on an as-needed basis
**Travel Required**:
- Should be prepared to travel throughout the United States to attend relevant conferences, if required: Max 10%
**Factors used to measure success of the Role**:
- “Top of Funnel” lead generation will be used to measure the success of this role.
- Increase in inbound leads should be seen within 6 months of hire
**Reporting to**: Manager, Business Development and Marketing
**Key Relationships**: Siemens Channel Partner Manager, Tulip Partner Manager
**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn the fundamentals of Siemens Opcenter Execution and Seabrook Products and Services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and remotely, and still connect to team and customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
**Experience**:
- Required:_
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, event management, and/or marketing role
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation and customer management
- Desired:_
- Experience with Medical Device or Regulated Industry
**Computer Equipment and Software Requirements**:

- WordPress
**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
