Job Title: Fragrance Development Manager - Senior Fragrance Development Manager

As a Fragrance Development Manager, you’ll drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for our clients’ brands. With a growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Personal and Home Care evaluation, you’ll be a close partner to our perfumers, you’ll shape olfactive & development strategies and you’ll anticipate business needs.

**Your key responsabilities**
- Select/ Design and Adapt winning Fragrances for Consumer products that answer our customer’s and consumers expectations.
- Incorporate maximum use of internal tools; Consumer Insights; technical Innovation Collections to respond Briefs with high Agility and assertiveness
- Cross Category skills to adapt winning themes for briefs. Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical, Marketing and Sales to deliver the best solutions for our clients
- Desing olfactive strategies providing creative direction and guidance to perfumers and team.
- Be the Development partners with Sales, reading the clients and developing Fragrance’s strategies, sound boarding ideas and nurturing client relationships.
- Detects olfactive trends and needs for category (Marketing insight) and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions.

- Previous experience in fragrance development, preferably in Personal or Home Care category;
