Your key responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly;
- Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities;
- Lead projects originated in the region establishing resources, own & manage timelines
- Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project;
- Lead contact for client Global Fragrance Development leaders
- Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement and supply chain.
- Ownership of the business, by an efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management
