- **Customer Service Manager **who manages and coach a team of customer service representatives.
**Here's an overview**
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
**About our client**
You will be working with our client who partners with developers, property operators, and investors to curate a collection of apartment-like spaces in hand-picked neighborhoods.
**What will I do in this job?**- Assist with administrative tasks such as credit card processing and hotel room assignments
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure that the team is meeting customer service goals and objectives
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, such as Operations and Sales, to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak demand times
- Participate in frontline activities during the initial stages of the team’s growth to gain a thorough understanding of our customer service processes and procedures
- Train and develop new team members to ensure continued success

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
