- Administrar la planeación operativa (workforce management) y financiera de customer service
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Administrar el workforce management de los BPO's donde se encuentra la operación de customer service de Rappi
- Administrar la ejecución de los drivers de costo y velar por que estén en línea con el presupuesto de finanzas para customer service
- Crear planificaciones de operación que aseguren tener buenos níveles de servicio
- Generar reportería con información de valor para la toma de decisiones
- Administrar el equipo de workforce management de Rappi
**Key Requirements**:
- Profesional en ingeniería industrial o afines con mínimo 5 años de experiência en workforce management y reporting
**Desired Requirements**:
- Ingles y postgrado en investigación de operaciones
