** Your Role**: - El Especialista de Atención al Cliente de Logística Marítima, apoya a los clientes brindándoles información útil, respondiendo preguntas y atendiendo a las quejas y reclamos - Brindar a los clientes el soporte como primera línea de contacto, canalizando todos requerimientos a nível operativo y de servicio al cliente, brindando una comunicación rápida y efectiva, y garantizando la satisfaccion en la ejecucion de la operación maritima. - Ser el responsable de mantener un excelente servicio para nuestros clientes internos y externos. - Brindar soporte como primera línea de contacto para los clientes y garantizar estén satisfechos con los productos, servicios y la operación. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de cada uno de los procesos detallados en el manual de trabajo Working Instruction CCL (importación/exportación), según corresponda. - Brindar un adecuado manejo de las operaciones de los clientes de acuerdo a la estrategia y políticas generales de la compañia, velando por el mantenimiento y el desarrollo de forma rentable, haciendo buen uso de la marca y los recursos corporativos. - Para el proceso de exportación se encargará de gestionar la coordinación de los envíos de los clientes asegurando tarifas de compra (cuando sea necesario) y capacidad con las navieras y proveedores calificados. - Apoyar activamente al equipo de ventas en la correcta implementación de los acuerdos comerciales, esmerándose por la fidelización de los clientes.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Atención y Satisfaccion al cliente: asesorar y consultar de forma proactiva para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestión en los envíos: Asegurar que todos los procesos del negocio se sigan de acuerdo a los sistemas, directrices e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Análisis de la solicitud e ingreso de las ordenes de los clientes en el proceso de ejecución operativa
- Incorporación de clientes: Registro y transferencia de los requisitos del cliente a los sistemas; acompañamiento (inicial) al Pedido del cliente.
- Gestión de datos de clientes: mantenimiento e integración de datos de clientes en los sistemas
- Gestión operativa de la relación con el cliente: intercambio de conocimientos frente a la venta; construir relaciones solidas con el cliente (soporte comercial)
- Informes (creación, perfeccionamiento y revisión de informes)
- Impulsar el desarrollo financiero: Dar apoyo al equipo de finanzas, monitoreando el cierre oportuno del Billing Difference y reportando al Manager cualquier novedad o no conformidad, para los casos que no se ajusten en tiempo y forma.
- Será responsable de crear los detalles del envío en nuestro sistema operativo (Naviera, Itinerario, descripción de la carga, etc.), Coordinar con las navieras para los envíos de Exportación. Revisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las instrucciones de embarque, aclarar cualquier desviación o conflicto teniendo en cuenta las regulaciones del país, la información de tarifas e itinerario

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Profesional de Negocios Internacionales, Administración de empresas o afin.
- Ingles intermedio
- Expereiencia de trabajo en Freight Forwarding
