We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help patients navigate their health journey with personalized support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Becoming an expert on our services to inform potential patients and assist them in navigating our platform.
- Supporting patients from start to finish through various communication channels.
- Collaborating closely with the management and clinical team to deliver seamless care.
Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level required). At least 6-12 months of experience in customer service. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus. A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are a plus. A passion for health and wellness is essential.
You will be working full-time, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and career development. You will have a monthly salary of COP $2,880,000 plus performance-based perks and work from home anywhere in Colombia.
