About the Role:
The SpendHound platform is quickly growing, and we are scaling our internal operations to support new customer growth and onboarding in Colombia. We are seeking an Enterprise Integration Specialist to manage the customer integration process and facilitate the customer handoff between Sales and Customer Success.
Candidates must be physically located in Colombia in order to be considered for the position. If hired, you must maintain residency and be physically located in Colombia.
As an Enterprise Integration Specialist, You Will:
- Oversee the customer integration process to ensure that every customer correctly integrates their relevant data sources to complete setup on our platform
- Serve as the main point of contact for new customers following handoff from sales
- Schedule and lead new customer integration and onboarding calls
- Provide SpendHound guides and lead live walkthroughs on how to set up specific key integrations
- Work with the Product team to troubleshoot any integration issues that customers experience
- Handoff customers to the Customer Success team following successful integration
- Optimize the integration process to reduce the time to fully integrate a customer
- Improve the customer experience through the creation of integration guides
- Work primarily with the sales, product, and customer success team members to align on priorities and deliver a fantastic product experience
You Are Likely To Succeed If:
- You have 1+ years of experience working with mid-sized or enterprise customers in a client-facing role (English-speaking customers preferred)
- C1+ Level English
- You have basic experience with how integrations and APIs work
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have a strong sense of urgency
- You have experience managing multiple processes in parallel
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You prefer working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly changing product
- You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting a small team
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
