We are seeking a highly skilled Unity Engine Support Specialist to join our team in Pereira, Colombia.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires technical expertise in Unity Engine and C# programming. As a Unity Engine Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient technical support and solutions across Unity's deployment platforms and variety of applications.
You will tackle customer problems via online ticketing and other appropriate communication mediums, collaborate with colleagues to ensure team success, and maintain excellent relations between the Engine Support team and other departments within Unity.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have a strong enjoyment of problem-solving, experience with Unity Engine and C# programming, and a willingness to learn new skills and areas of Unity.
Prior knowledge of SCM software (Git, SVN, Mercurial, P4) and available external hosting platforms (e.g., Github, Bitbucket), as well as debugging, profiling, and C++ experience, are also desirable.
What We OfferAs a Unity Engine Support Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of around $60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Relocation support is not available for this position, but international relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are also not available.
