Join our fast growing company as a **Customer Support Agent** **(English & Spanish)** for our Client.
To support the ongoing growth and commitment to their customers, we are currently seeking a professional who can work for an analysis software platform that streamlines data analysis with automatic transcription, powerful analysis tools, ease of use, and smart AI integration. It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm DET (can be flexible and dependent on the volume of work, and may need weekend availability)**

**Your responsibilities**:
- Use Automations in your responses as a base for faster replies and personalize them as needed
- Follow the guidelines to manage exceptional circumstances (e.g. posting on teams to request additional information)
- Learn how to manage more complex cases
- Follow procedures for exceptional refunds (e.g. posting on teams to request authorization)
- Correctly tag tickets on Freshdesk in order to understand why the customer contacted us, the supplier associated with their question and what was the action we took
- following their message.
- Develop working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
**Requirements for this role**:
- Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk)
- A strong inclination for self-learning
- Very good productivity and quality
- Very Good Internet Speed at least 30 - 40 Mbps
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role
- Are client-oriented and attentive to details, have active listening skills, problem solver, hard-working, team-player;
- Speak English fluently (English C1, professional level of speaking and writing);
- Speak Spanish fluently (English C1, professional level of speaking and writing);
- Have 1+ years of experience in Customer Support;
- Have good computer and technology skills;
- Have prior work experience in SaaS/IT/Software customer support (this would be an advantage);
- Experience with qualitative data analysis is also a plus;
- Spanish language will be an advantage for this position;
- Are able to work Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm DET, and be flexible on weekends;
- Are available to start immediately.
KPI goals will be shared after the probation period based on:
- CSAT
- AHT
- QA
- Attendance
