Customer Success Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Gathering migration data
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely onboarding through our customer success program
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing data-driven insights to drive business decisions
- Performing initial troubleshooting and triage of customer issues and escalating when necessary
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential customer issues before they become problems
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of Hourly's software products and the insurance industry
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer success in the insurance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of customer inquiries
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of insurance software, specifically claims management, underwriting, or rating
- Ability to identify customer needs and proactively address concerns
- Autonomy
- Proactivity
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excel and G-Suit
